We are located at the base of two international ski fields, the Cardrona Alpine Resort and Snow Farm. An all year round destination with winter skiing and snowmobiling, and summer hiking, mountain biking, 4 wheel driving, horse trekking, hunting, fishing, golfing, wine and farm tours and only half an hour from Queenstown International Airport and 20mins from Wanaka.

The house is located across the road from the historic and iconic Cardrona Hotel who are well known for their outside fireside bar and fine dining. Opposite the house is also Benbrae Resort which has a wine and gourmet pizza bar, a small store and an off-licence.

Come and relax in the spa pool with a glass of local pinot, or read a magazine and have a snooze while reclining on the lazyboy chairs while listening to the sound of running water from the Cardrona River. For those who like to stay active we invite you to take a riverside stroll under the star studded alpine sky or out in the warm southern sun.

Inside the house is an open plan kitchen, dining and lounge that is terrific for entertaining along with the woodburner fireplace, pool table, big screen tv (with cable), & wireless internet. Outside, there is dining with barbeque an outdoor fireplace and spa overlooking the river while deer graze in the paddock nearby.
